We're thrilled to have you join our community of passionate individuals who love our super soft bamboo clothes and adorable styles for little ones. As a Brand Representative, you'll play a vital role in spreading the word about Charlie Lou Baby and earning commission on referred sales.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By participating in the program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Program Overview

• Term: Your initial term as a Charlie Lou Baby Brand Representative will be for 3 months. After this term, you may need to reapply to continue representing the brand.

• Responsibilities: Brand Representatives are responsible for promoting Charlie Lou Baby through various channels, including social media, blogs, and word-of-mouth recommendations. You will be provided with resources and tools to help you succeed.

• Compensation: You will earn commission on sales generated through your unique referral code. Specific commission rates will be communicated separately.

2. Code of Conduct

We value a positive and collaborative environment. As a Brand Representative, you are expected to uphold the following standards:

• Professionalism: Maintain a professional and positive online presence. Avoid language or content that could be considered offensive, discriminatory, or misleading.

• Brand Advocacy: Represent Charlie Lou Baby with honesty and enthusiasm. Promote our products and brand values in a positive light.

• Respect: Treat others, including customers, fellow Brand Representatives, and the Charlie Lou Baby team with respect.

• Fairness: Do not engage in behavior that could negatively impact another Representative's ability to earn commission, such as stealing commissions or bad-mouthing other brands.

• Brand Protection: Do not engage in activities that could damage the Charlie Lou Baby brand reputation, such as making false claims or posting negative reviews.

3. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Brand Representative program at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms of Service, inappropriate behavior online, or actions that tarnish the Charlie Lou Baby brand name.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with Charlie Lou Baby, including logos, trademarks, and copyrights, remain the property of Charlie Lou Baby. As a Brand Representative, you are authorized to use this content for promotional purposes only, in accordance with our guidelines.

5. Disclaimer

Charlie Lou Baby is not responsible for any content posted by Brand Representatives on their personal platforms. However, we strongly encourage you to align your content with our brand values.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms of Service on our website. Your continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.

7. Independent Contractor

Brand Representatives are independent contractors and not employees of Charlie Lou Baby. You are responsible for all taxes and social security contributions associated with your earnings. Charlie Lou Baby will not provide benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or unemployment compensation.

8. User-Generated Content

As a Brand Representative, you may have the opportunity to submit photos or other creative content featuring Charlie Lou Baby products. By submitting such content to Charlie Lou Baby (including, but not limited to, our website, social media platforms, or the Brand Representative Facebook Group), you grant Charlie Lou Baby a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such content for marketing and promotional purposes. You acknowledge and agree that Charlie Lou Baby may edit or modify your content at its sole discretion.

You further represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to grant the foregoing license to Charlie Lou Baby, and that such use will not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

If your submitted content features your child(ren) who are under 18 years of age, you acknowledge and agree that you have the legal authority to grant permission for Charlie Lou Baby to use such content in accordance with this clause. Please note that once you grant permission for us to use the content, you cannot retract it.

This clause ensures that you understand the implications of submitting content to Charlie Lou Baby and that you have the necessary rights to do so. It also protects us from any potential legal issues related to the use of user-generated content.
