Handling Time

Our handling time is 2 business days or less, which means your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days starting from the date the order was placed. In the event that there is a delay in shipment or handling, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined based on the destination country and package weight. We offer competitive shipping rates and aim to provide our customers with the best possible shipping options.

Shipping Carriers

We currently use USPS as our primary shipping carrier for all orders. Other shipping carriers may be used for larger orders, depending on the destination and weight of the package.

Delivery Time

The delivery time varies depending on the shipping carrier and the destination country. Estimated delivery times will be provided once the order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries worldwide. International shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or other charges that are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please note that tracking information may not be available for international shipments.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Charlie Lou Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
